Before I take the time to test all of the wires, I'm sure someone out there has tried using their auxiliary channels on their remote start to trigger their heated seats. Anyone see anything previously or have any luck doing it yourself? If so, which wires were required and were they positive or negative trigger?

I've got three open auxiliary channels so I might as well have a toasty bum when I slide in to my seat.

Do the heated seats actually activate without anyone in them? I know when I manually turn mine on and let the car "warm up" the seats never seem like they get warm until a few minutes of sitting in them.

you'll set a ton of codes in your hsm. if you power a circuit that is module controlled and the module doesnt know what the hell is going on it will flip out. Your hsm has both power and ground circuits controlled on the seat so its not smart.
Trust me i wish it could be, and physically it can be, but it will cause issues.

I was thinking of doing this also but I seem to think PlumCrazyDaytona is right, for me they don't seem to warm up with out sitting in them. I am looking to hook up the rear defroster though.
