The more I look at this the more I thinking about getting my order in soon. It would compliment my current 300C :)

This car will be a few mods away from being in the 12s and surprizing many other sedans on the road!

A few mods away from 12's? Ummmm....IIRC a 300C SRT-8 ran a high 12 or a really low 13 second run so I would think that 12's are easy in stock trim no modification required.
