Navigation quit working?

My wifes navigation quite working yesterday and I can't seem to figure out why. It shows "Navigation is being activated" on the screen and that's it. I did a search and didn't find anything on my problem. I know there has to be someone here that has seen this or knows of a fix. It is in a 08 grand caravan. Any info would be great.

Pull the negitive cable on the battery of 15 min... hope that will reset the unit and enable it to work again.

If you don't have the updated mygig software it may be a corrupted hard disk issue, I would highly recommend updating the mygig software to the newest version if you haven't already.

If it still has this message after doing the battery disconnect check the "HD Corruption Fix" area on the site above for instructions on fixing this issue.
