So I called Bill Pierre Dodge in lake city to get my oil changed last week. They no longer exist. I called Jack Carroll Dodge in Lynnwood which is closer but i don't care for them and they are gone also. Bill Pierre's number transferred me over to Rairdons dodge in totem lake which is 2 blocks away from where im going to college right now so i scheduled with them.
They were way more professional then Bill Pierre which is where Ive taken the car 80% of the time, alot more personable too. They gave me impression they cared.....soo weird for once. For example they guy asked nicely a few different questions like if my brakes were still strong because of the mileage, if i had any wobble in the steering, and general things to make sure there was no start of more expensive problems. I asked him if he could reset the adaptive shifting because i just put 6000 highway miles on the car and it shifts like a pig. He said no problem and told me had a touchless car wash he could wash it in if that was ok. With the temps below 40 degrees and all the sand on the road i said "PLEASE" and "THANK YOU". My baby was at that shamefully dirty point.
After all this was done in about 45 minutes, with 20+ people waiting in line before me, I saw my car get pulled up front next to 4 challengers I had been drooling over and walked to the counter to pay. The service rep that helped me walked over and said "everything is free for you today" and not believing him right away i still pulled out my wallet. It was all free, just so they could have my business later, and they will.
The tech who did the oil change came and asked where i got my reso delete done because he said it was done better then he had seen before and he wanted to go there to get that done on his magnum.
I dont know what the buying experience is like there but the service is top notch.
It also makes me wonder how many dealerships are going belly up. Bill Pierre seemed like and empire to me and they are gone. It makes you wonder who is next.
