I need some help on how to wire up the garage door opener int he upgraded console I have? I have an 07 Police Charger that didn't have the console and only has the wire for the lights wired into the harness. I am thinking I could splice into that light power line and then the garage buttons would work. But I read in the manual that it takes some programming to link up the garage opener. I figure I push the buttons and do it blind, and if the garage opens then I would know it worked. Oh the higher end gauges would tell the status when programming.
