Its alot of work, i saw a thread on it but I couldnt find it. the guy did a lot of cutting, sanding, epoxy, and painting.... You should just get the bezel, I did it looks awesome.

here is the link to make your non nav bezel to fit a double din.. alot of work but i think this looks way better than with the nav bezel and then you can paint it to match your oem paint..

I really like the way this one turned out. Definitely looks like it is supposed to be there instead of having all the plastic around it like the one with the nav bezel.

Yeah youre right if definitely does look better then all the plastic in the kit and you get to keep the cd pocket....

I spent the extra money on a nav bezel, so that i can have a clean look with no cuts because at the time there wasn't a double din kit out for the charger in 05' for the 06' model when they first came out.

Yes the NAV bezel is the easiest way... plus if you want to change it later you can... without spending a ton of money... the other way will cost some good money and then you have to find the right person to do it or else it will crack...

I HIGHLY recommend just spending the $75-$100 on a Nav bezel. Unless you're amazing at customizing plastic and doing some fiberglass work, you won't be able to have an OEM look because there's no way to do it without cutting the trim piece. Plus if you buy the Nav bezel, you can always easily put it back to stock and sell the Nav bezel.
