Radio stays on mute

The radio in the wifes '07 Charger R/T played fine on a trip back and forth to Wilmington, NC, and all this week until about an hour ago. Turned the key on and the radio stays muted - says mute on the display. No sound in from AM, FM or CD. Anyone have this happen to them? Is there a way to activate a self-test of the radio?

are you under warranty? why self test it yourself if you are?

weird... the dealer can re-program with a cd or they gonna change under warranty the radio if u still have one...

Still under warranty. Will be taking it to the dealer ASAP. Just thought there was some type of self test I could do. Thanks for the replies.

I had mine replaced for that reason. It had no sound at all until I pulled the fuse for it, waited a minute and put it back in.
