Check your hose connections for any leaks, I found out first hand on Desertcharger's car what a supercharger leak does to performance.:bigthumb:

I put my car on a dyno a couple days after my Procharger install and I was at 409 RWHP and that's without all the new stuff I've done! Drive it down to El Paso, I'll fix it up for you!:D

if i had a leak. would i still register 6psi of boost? the boost sensor line is getting pressure from after the throttle body

Your in Austin.....go see STU at Inertia Motorsports and he will tell you what`s up and will fix it....not for free, but he`s one of the best

I used the vacuum off the brake booster hose, that's the place Procharger recommends. How much boost does your guage show? There are several things you can check on your own!
1.You will still show signs of boost via your boost guage if you have an air leak (remember that your boost guage is vacuum operated and is separate from your ducting)
2. Make sure the duct work isn't colllapsing under load (Your kit has a very flimsy hose)
3. Make sure your boost guage is working (get a known boost guage that works to test)
4. Is the surge valve working? You should hear a loud gush of air after you snap your throttle in park
Hope this helps.

i may take you up on that
i'm showing full boost 6psi on both a manual gauge an a digital
now about this surge valve can you explain exacly how this works ive had a turbo cars and know about wastegates and blow off valves but the surge valve is new to me
my surge valve seems to be open during idle and no boost conditions is this correct could i be bleeding off 50rwhp of air

i had a similar problem and the answer ended up being the tune was set to 1.2 bars or something and as soon as lafrad ,which is inertia motorsports aka stu tuner.changed that seting in the tune 2.0 that kept the valve closed so the air actualy made it into the engine.

Who tuned this sucker ?
I see GSM supercharger in there, and I'm afraid that it's a GSM tune, and possibly one of their screwed up kits with uneven fuel flow.
I don't remember hearing anything good about the GSM kits ... (hope I'm wrong about yours ;))

That's your problem! Go buy a T-connection and splice into your brake booster hose and run your surge valve vacuum hose there. The surge valve should not be open at idle.:beerchug:

lafrad hooked me up with a base tune and then fastlane in houston did the final dyno tune

What kind of dyno was your pull on? If on a Dynojet, would say you are low. If on a Mustang or other Load type dyno, that is about right as they read lower than a Dynojet will show.
If your 354 was on a Mustang dyno, they are between 10 - 15% lower, so a 10% correction would have you at 394 RWHP which would be about right. But, if it was on a Dynojet, is likely your tuning.

I ran a 4.8 sec 0-60 bone stock
I ran a 3.6 sec 0-60 with my VORTECH....
Hope that helps.....

it was a Mustang Chassis Dynamometer but even the tuner metioned that he should be getting more power and then offered to sell me his $1800 vortech style intercooler system saying my intercooler setup was most likly taking about 40 rwhp. so i guess he is used to getting 400rwhp out of our cars with his dyno

are you using the auxilary injectors?
FYI i use Fastlane.
i puled a 320/350 with headers/high flow cats, catback, intake boltons etc and a custom cmr tune
i pulled a 380/380 with a custom cam, head .030 mill and underdrive pulley added to the above.
their dyno is pretty spot on with what the normal readings for Dynojets are. (and its a Dynojet)
which means you should be at about 400-420 whp.
--------------------
questions
are you using the Auxilary injector from GSM?
how long ago was your last tune by fastlane?
is it full diablo CMR tuning or are you also using the piggyback from GSM?
when did fastlane tune the car?
did you have a baseline done before the install(or did fastlane only tune once you had it on)?

not using aux injectors using 8 40lb injectors full diablo cmr setup no piggy back they tuned it in december the base line was 349 rwhp and after the tune 359rwhp i gained 10 rwhp i was expecting more it says on their website that they use a mustang dynometer

not that im a pro, but those are the first things i would look at.
as long as boost is being based off vacuum that is..

So if I get this right, your baselline was 349 rwhp running 6 psi, not a baseline without the supercharger. So you gained an additional 10 hp with a full CMR tune and you expected more.
If you are getting 359 rwhp at 6 psi on a Mustang, that is darn good. You have to remember that your SC is robbing some power for the belt drive. Your numbers are right in line with what I saw on my turbo at the same psi taking in a slight belt drive loss on your SC.
I think you are good.
Mine was dynoed by Mustang at their research facility.

You state you have 40 lb injectors, at what flow rate? 40 lb at 43.5 psi, or 40 lb at 56 psi? If the latter, I think you are small on the injectors, what is your AFR graph showing?
What brand injectors?

its not a mustang i promise. i use them.
its a dynojet.
i have seen on their website it says mustang, but its not.
i pulled a 380/380 on the dyno with heads/cam and a 320/355 with exhaust intake tune

first dyno pass tune was 349 unadjusted(what i drove in with) 5 passes later 359 and dudeiwin says its a dynojet i was expecting 400+ ish rwhp on a dynojet
