It has a blue led and 3 prongs. Ok so here we go the prong in the middle is connected to the 12v source. The prong under the led is connected to the postive wire of the cold cathode. The ground is connected to the last prong from the cathode and from the cigarette lighter. I think I have something wrong because my fuse keeps blowing. The reason I think I have something wired backwards is because when you push down the side of the switch with the led it should turn on but, when the led side of the switch is pushed down the led does not turn on. when the side with out the led is pushed down then the led turns on. I hope you understand what I am trying to say. Any help on what wires go to what prongs would be great. The fist pic is the rocker with the wires 2 postive ones and one negative one. The second pic is the inline fuse that keeps burning up. Any help would be great.

Thanks

one prong for the wire to your accessory
one prong for ground (leave undone and you wont have illumination on the switch)
one prong for battery power

Try that...I believe it's just like what wickedchargerrt said. Good luck

as you've already discovered. the battery light or ground must be ignition switched for the light to go out. cant be constant on both
