on the site it says they are commonly used for headlights. I know im getting a set of them for my fogs but wonder if I need 6k hid's or if their led's will be good enough for the headlights?

IMO just do the HIDs, you will be alot more happy, I got lows/fogs for $110 shipped.

It will take you just as long to pull the old fogs out....only extra is mounting the ballest....I love mine.

I doubt you'd really want LEDs as lights. I don't think they light stuff up nearly as well as HIDs and I doubt AAC will respond to you on Sunday. Call them tomorrow. They're great over the phone but are sometimes very slow to respond here.

LEDs do not have the "throw" that normal headlights do, the LEDs work great as fogs because fogs are not supposed to "throw" they are just a bubble of light in front of the car.

Thx:). So 6 k hids will match the foglight leds the best right.

Yes, the 6000K would be the best match.
