I don't have one(but want one), shouldn't a SC give you more than a .5 sec and 6 MPH increase? I'd hope that spending around 7k would give me more than that. But hey, I could be wrong.

No kidding. 5.5 psi should be good for about 100 rwhp... that's at least a second right there. As for moving to 8 psi, from everything I've read, don't do it unless you upgrade your internals to forged.

Oh, and the Vortechs look like they can be had for under $5k now. I guess we can thank the new twin screws that have just been released for that. :)

i am running 7.2 lbs at peak boost. i have the upgraded pully and tune from vortech direct.

with 4 lbs i shaved off a good 2 seconds.

House of power just installed the new 8 psi pulley and methanol injection. Now im out of injector. Stay tuned for more.......
