Thanks!, BTW, the rear spoiler is not moulded in at all, look again. the bumble bee stripe comes to the very edge of the spoiler, and camoflauges the seam.

Whoa, who has this hood design available?? Or is it photoshop work? Either way, looks cool as hell.

I've seen about 5 or 6 different hood designs, most that I think look cool, but none enough so to make me part with a cool stack out of my wallet.

Now this one on the other hand may change that........

In a CHARGER application ofcourse........

Absolutley, but there will be alittle cutting of holes in the quarter to re-route the new gas hoses. I'm not expecting the rear quarters to be a big seller, but I really want them for my car.

No, that was Smoke's first try at a 3D model of my original photoshop below. Since then I believe we have greatly improved the design (JMO). A giant fiberglass lower spoiler like in the cardomain pic would probably be a menace to maintain.

SO Mo, there will be some degree of an angle in the front? You know a point like the factory bumper and grill? I like the way the nose comes to a point. Or will the nose just be flat across? The pics look like you keep the point on the bumper and I know pics of the chargr bumper never really reflect how it looks in person.

Lemme no!

There should be an 18+ age requirement to view these renderings. Those front fenders just provoked a mess in my frontal pants region.

The rear right quarter doesn't change, does it? Just the gas side? I'll take everything but the spoiler & shaker hood. The chally hood is still calling my name.

I would like to cast a vote for carbon fiber as well.

The front fenders aren't functional, right? Just sexy?

Both rear fenders are flared, the fenders will have a functional option at a later date.

Awesome. Will they connect to the intake somehow? Or will they let air in to reduce the ambient temp under the hood?

What I'd like to know is... is this going to be modular? I'm personally only interested in the front fenders. If the lines still mate with the OEM fascia and hood, that would make very strongly for a sale. I've never considered any body work beyond the SRT hood and fascia I wedged on my R/T, but those fenders... must... have.

Yes, the fenders and all of our parts can all be used independently

I've had a long day working remotely from home, so I've been trolling the web wider and wider and wider to save off unconsciousness as I've waited for hourglasses. (I'm an IT guy doing a server rollout and am importing user data into a new serve farm.) On another forum that I haven't visted in a year, I found a post from MoPower this month where he said he was moving the car into the middle of his shop to mould both fenders. So it's still work in progress.

Still. I can wait.

I'd just like to know. If the fenders will be individually available, I'll budget. Otherwise I'll stop paying attention.

See... I've got an R/T R&T that I spent thousands of dollars on to have the SRT8 fascia and hood installed. I want a very aggressive and choppy front end. Those two parts have a lot of compound curves and holes and vents. The fenders in my opinion would make the front end that much more... jagged. You've already got an SRT, so you're looking for different.

That's my guess.

I agree, and I don't think the designers at Chrysler could bring themselves that low as to copy my design since it's been publicized already and since designers are usually artists who like to do their own thing. Even if they tried, the bean counters would ruin it..LOL ha ha, no bean counted working for me!!!

So... would you agree that we should consider in the realm of 12 months from now realistic for product availability? My point being that I don't know if I should be budgeting for potentially a week from now, a month from now, a year from now, or a decade from now. I certainly have no intention of holding you to a guess, but hearing what order of magnitude you think is likely would be helpful for a lot of us, methinks.

I wouldn't count them out if its a hot look and they think it will sell cars. They do need to sell some cars. Don't forget that they did snag the "legmaker" wheel mod from the forums and the "side-molding" delete.

True, its less likely they would grab this one due to cost, but just saying....

I was saying that based on the popularity of this thread and the large number of photoshops on the Internet speculating the next gen charger might have a look along these lines. With the release of the challenger, camarro and even the constant popularity of the mustang it is clear people want retro looks with a modern package which wasn't as clear back in 04 and 05 when our cars were designed.

Well, let me put it this way, it would take me about a month to finish the nose once started and when I start on a project this exciting to me I usually work insane hours to finish it. Threrefore, as soon as I get a break, I will run for it and who knows what will be after that, it could be very soon, or a year, but the intentions are as soon as I clear out the projects I have already started, which are going fast now. I just finished the honeycomb insert for the 69 style grille on Friday and just recently finished the honeycomb insert for the 68 grille and the honeycomb shaker grille inserts. I will very shortly be making the fender moulds that are waiting for me and after that is the nose.

Now they are supposedly redesigning the charger's looks so it probably won't work on newer models making it less likely to be put in production... this sucks.... Wide body's great and all but how many people go to that extensive of body work even after getting a kit... I mean you have to glue and bondo this thing to your doors and blend it into the replacement fenders right... fascia is relatively easy swap so much more popular... where is the business sense in wide body...

Don't try to make business sense out of it, it's more of a hobby as far as I'm concerned. The plan is that in the future, I will be building custom chargers on my spare time and I need all of the pieces to do them the way I like, but obviously the widebody is not for everybody.
