One of the most significant improvements (just like I knew it would come!) is the boot up time. I think it should become even faster in due time.

I think it depends on what year model your vehicle is, and also what radio you currently have in it.

For the 2008's, there should not be any difficulty at all.

Not sure what you mean by the stock center piece. But if you have the navigation bezel then yes you can. Doesn't matter on the year or model.

I keep thinking that the REC navigation bezel is not the same size as the MyGig (RER/REN)!

Are they the same size, or are they different?
