So although Chrysler sent me this disc a month ago, I finally installed it. At first I thought everything was fine but then today I noticed that I no longer had bluetooth through Uconnect. My phone was listed but it would not work. I tried to delete my phone and pair it again. Every time it states that the phone pairing timed out and failed through the Mygig. Has anyone else had this problem? I hate that I touched it since I had no problems originally.

What update version are you trying to install?

I think the latest version is: 9.807

You can try to go here and download the update and try it yourself:

Unofficial MyGIG Information Site
(http://mofv.com/mygig/)

There are instructions on how to download the update and burn it to a disc, as well as doing the update!

Ther is also a new Gracenotes update, which you might want to check out also!

The update was the 9.807. It updated and finished fine. Or at least that I could tell. Now I no longer can pair my phone. Always times out. Every time I go to my Nav system I have to change the state back to NJ. It is always on MI. They sent the disc stating I should update to prevent issues.... now I have a bunch of them.

Can you verify in your system that it did take the update and you are showing the latest update?

Also, what brand and model phone are you using?

The discs they sent out were 9.117. Are you sure you're at 9.807?

The radio update went to 100% so I am assuming it did update. I have a AT&T Tilt.

Funny you mention this because i updated last night and now NO BLUETOOTH!!!!! Its ok for me because my wife hates when i use it because she cannot hear me well. I like it though, would be nice to use again, i used update 9.807, downloaded from http://mofv.com/mygig/ and the install was "successful" according to mygig. Keep me posted if you all get it fixed...

I will keep you posted. I am going to have to spend a day at the dealer. I know that. Since te update I no longer have bluetooth. Every time I go to use the GPS system it is set for MI. I live in NJ and have now switched it back to my state on numerous occasions. It keeps going back. The warning screen that I used to have to touch ok to make it go away when I first turn it on just goes away with seconds on its own. I am so aggravated. No issues. I do the update since they state I might have issues if I dont. Now everyday I see more issues. Chrysler is no help. I know it is just not me.

So I finally went to the dealer last Thursday. All they did was try to install the disc that was sent me again. I already installed it! That is why I have these issues. I had a tech after installing it twice witness that I lost bluetooth and my other issues. They told me that they would call Chrysler for me and see what they say. It is now Wednesday, almost a week later that I received a phone call back. They left me a voicemail asking me when I could drop off the car for a few days so they can "play with my problem". That gives me a lot of confidence all right!

Have them use the Starscan, Starmobile, or WiTECH and RESET the radio ECU. For whatever reason, about one in three seems to get janky after the update. Resetting the radio ECU has corrected every one I've tried.

Thanks mrl859. I will let them know and give it a shot. Are you a tech for Dodge?
