Automatic Unlock?

Is there a way to make the doors all unlock when I open one door? My wife's Caliber does that and it's nice. I hate getting out only to realize the passenger side door is still locked.

To AUTO UNLOCK doors when placed in park

1)Close all doors and place the key in the ignition.
2)Cycle the ignition lock switch between LOCK and ON and back to LOCK 4 times ending up in the LOCK position.
3)Depress the power door unlock switch to unlock the doors.
4)A single chime will indicate the completion of programming.

this actually does not work when its placed in park, but works when i open my drivers door, all doors unlock.

thanks that's what i want it to do. i'd rather it stay locked until i open a door
