Can you put together a wheel and tire package for Winter drivers. I am most interested in the cheapest available set-up for my SRT8, but R/T owners may also be interested in a package.

The best package to cover the most models of Chargers would be the MB Motoring Tucson (http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/wheels/mb_wheels/product/submitProductSize.do?tmn=Tucson&pc=65559&typ=Car%2FMinivan) in silver 18" with the Continental Winter Contact TS790 (http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/findTireDetail.do?yr=2008&c=2&sw=false&cs=225&pc=26612&rd=18&vid=012897&ar=60)
This should fit most models. It would need to be test fitted on the R/T and SRT-8 Models.

That last line doesn't help me much.

My guide says that it should fit on the SRT8 models. You shouldn't have a problem with them fitting. The R/T models are really the one in question. They do not come up as an option for the R/T model but do come up under the SRT8 model. If for some reason they don't fit an SRT8 model we will pay to ship them back to us.

I don't like this design especially for a winter wheel because of the bolt heads around the outside of the wheel ... hard to clean ... I imagine those areas being pitted and rusty after one winter.
And how do you guys feel about the Firestone Winterforce ?

I agree completely.
Winter isn't for beautiful rims. It's for inexpensive, nearly disposable rims, preferably aluminum, IMO.
Right now, I'm going with Winterforce for the price. I don't need a "V" speed rating for the winter, I live in upstate NY.
The reviews for the Conti TS790 appear abysmal. The lowest review for the Winterforce is better than the best for the Conti. Sorry, guys... anything better?

18" wheels are going to be slim for your SRT8 and RT models. The Tucson is the most affordable option in 18" that we have. These wheels do have a 1 year finish warranty and are aluminum. Agree it would be nice to have a slightly simpler design for cleaning purposes but the next best thing would be the Enkei LX5 and they are Chrome.
We don't mail order the Firestone Winterforce so I couldn't tell you anything about it.

If you don't like the Conti TS790. You can also consider the Hankook W300 or the Dunlop Grand TreK WT M2 (currently have $50.00 mail in rebate if you buy 4) in a 235/60R18 (http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/searchWinterTiresBySize.do?sw=true&cs=235&ar=60&rd=18)
