Can you tell me the status on order 2177?

I got a tracking number a few days ago that said they'd be here yesterday (maybe it was today, forgot) and they're not here. I track it again and it says UPS doesn't even have the package now??

Not a very polite response. I haven't been in the loop re: the hurricane nor your company. You posted the first link, I read, and was able to understand, that's all fine. To quote someone saying an ass will still get angry and you saying it applies to this thread, very unprofessional.
