537RWHP SRT8 Procharged!

We just finished up another project, which was one of the first new Procharger kits for the 6.1L Charger SRT8. We installed the kit, as well as our Phantom Elite Ported, Polished and coated heads, cam, coated Kooks headers and then we dyno tuned it. This kit works fantastic, and I believe we have much more power yet to be found. I'll be posting video here soon, as well as some pics of the car and dyno charts.

I'd betting there's another 20-30 RWHP left in it, as we have some more tuning to do and some torque managment to get rid of. :bigthumb:

Congrats to John on his newfound power!

This combo made the best power under the curve so far, as it had our heads/cam/headers on it as well. Here's some of the breakdown:

TORQUE:
3600 RPM - 400 FT-LBS
4500 RPM - 500 FT-LBS
5200 RPM - 525 FT-LBS

HP:
4200 RPM- 440 RWHP
5300 RPM -537 RWHP

Pretty Sweeet. Time for some more tuning and a smaller pulley! John's car is getting a smaller pulley for more boost, a new stall converter as well as being Fully Pedderized before returning home. This thing is one crazy wild ride! :D

It's not done yet, there is another 20-30 left in it... However, this is a case where you cannot just judge by peak numbers - I'll post the dyno graph and you'll understand why. :)

This graph shows the SRT8 Procharged in Blue, and the Vortech R/T in Red. Since they are different engines they are kind of Apples and Oranges, but it does show why peak numbers aren't everything. However, while this shows the SRT8 making fantastic power across the board, don't think the R/T did bad at all - it's just a smaller engine. :)
