Is it a sub box that fits into the sidewall of the trunk???? If so, where did you get it from.

I have it........not sure it will work with your SE....you need to have the factory 8" sub in order to do this upgrade because the plug for the factory 8" sub plugs into the new 200w amp this kit comes with (which mounts on a bracket that goes where the rear shelf 8" sub was), which runs into the sub box

You can fit a kicker solobaric in that box BUT you need a 1/4" spacer as it is too deep for the box AND you cannot use the factory 200W amp with it - wrong impedance. You would have to use another, correctly matched amp for the solobaric. There was a guy on e-bay selling the spacers.

Tough to find just the box. I got one from pick-a-part, had no speaker. got an OEM speaker from a member on lxforums, and the OEM amp and wiring from another fella here on chargerforums. Put it all together and presto, worked like a charm! Cost less than $250 total, but these are over $500 new. Took about 3-4 months to gradually pull together all the pieces. Good luck!

Thanks for the input guy's...i wanted to upgrade my system in my SE with the Mopar Kicker system...theres a Direct Mopar dealer on ebay that sell's this kit to replace the basic SE sound system. It comes with four 6x9's kicker speakers and one 10' sub and box with 200 watt amp for $629.00, the same set up that the SRT8 has but only with 4 speakers. Just wondering how the wiring would work in my car??
