while looking in the trunk and hooking up a powered subwoofer, i saw a cutout on the rear package shelf or deck in the center of the car between the 2 6X9 rear speakers, is this a place for a third 6X9? there also seems to be a plug on the wiring between the two 6X9's for hook up to put in a third. if i am able to how would i install another 6X9? does mopar have one? if not can i get an adapter to fit the plug back there? the car has the 6 speaker boston acoustics with the 267 watt amp.

if i get one from dodge would it plug right into the wiring harness? if so does anyone have a part number, i looked at a parts catalog on-line and cannot find any.

If it has the wiring it should but I would look into an aftermarket free air sub it will sound alot better. IIRC the BA 8" sub is $80 from ma mopar.

My Super Bee came with the large sub in the corner of the trunk, is it also supposed to have the 8" sub between the two 6x9's?? If so someone has taken mine out, only asked as when the car docked in the UK it looked as though something had been taken out.

No SRT's and Superbees use a Kicker system, not the Boston Acoustics. And the kicker system comes with a square sub that sits in the corner of the trunk.

Kicker also makes good free air sub around $125, I know few people with SE chargers who put 8' free subs in that extra spot...:beerchug:
