It wasn't enough it took them 3 tries to get the alignment on my car right...now I'm wonder if I needed the alignment at all...or the fact they left the a/c running while doing the alignment and killed my battery. Today I'm cleaning my wheels and see scratches on the rims from where they changed the rear tires...I'm so upset right now I don't know what to do. The rims were perfect before taking the car in (still had the original tires on them) and now they look like crap. I thought they had machines that don't touch the rim during tire changes. Of course like most bad places, once I talked to coworkers about the dealer, most have had bad experiences with them as well. I'm warning everyone, stay away from Williamsburg Chrysler Jeep if you value your vehicle. It's kind of hard to see the damage in the photos, but it wasn't there before the tire change. It bothers me that I paid for crappy service and there's nothing I can do about it.

They should replace the damaged rims. First Team Dodge damaged one of my rims and they replaced it for me. Talk to the service manager.

Yeah let us know. I would be surprised if they don't want to make a customer happy when they really messed up. They should make it right.

Speaking about service, I got my Charger at Greenbrier Dodge in march, I didn't pay much attention to the steering wheel position but it is slightly turned to the left. I asked them to fix it while I still had my 3/36 and they said alignment stuff is only good for 12/12. I really would like my wheel true, but I can live with what I got.

Sux about the service your car got.
When the wife and I lived in Williamsburg, we never delt with them. We did deal with Williamsburg Dodge (about 5 miles down the raod from them). it took a while but she got them broke in. I will say the service manager they had there was a real a$$. Everyone else seemed to really listen.

So...did you talk to the manager today? If so, how'd it go?

I'd like to see a thread with Dodge Dealers that actually provide good service. I'm sure it would be a short list. Landmark Dodge in Morrow Georgia is awesome! Too bad they're 50 miles from my house, and I only use them for their Speedfactory division. I owned a Lexus once. I hated that car, but the service I got was awesome. Car was in and out promptly, you got a free hand-carwash, the waiting room had free sodas and other drinks, and the service people not only treated me professionally and courteously, but actually seemed to know what they were doing!

Tysinger Dodge isn't too bad...but they're a bit more than 50 miles from you BeastMaster. :D
