Hi new member with audio questions

hi i have 08 charger se+ with 4 speaker i have pioneer 6900ub which i wanted to put in my car but i also wanted to keep satelite radio what do i need to do this then also i have 2 kicker cvrs with 1000 watt amp when using power wire can i wire it to the battery in the trunk or should i goto the fuse box? thanks!!!

no the factory sat will not work with the after market radio. and wire the amp to the battery in the trunk.

I'm not sure about your radio, but if it is satellite ready you should be able to get a new tuner and have your service transferred to the new tuner. That is what I did with mine. Sirius did not want to let me tansfer the remainder of my one free year because I was changing radios. I told them I got the one year free with the purchase of the vehicle and not the radio. They finally gave it to me but I had to talk to a supervisor.

If you want to use the factory satellite antenna, at least on my 07 it plugged into a box on the drivers side rear quarter panel in the trunk behind the liner. I'm not sure if the 08 is the same way. I ran an antenna extension from there to the new tuner.
