6.1 v 5.7 Mopar CAI

What is the diffrence???(diameter, length, etc) Can you use the 6.1 CAI on the daytona since it has a larger system to start with. please, please tell me.

Both tubes are 4" diameter...the 5.7 has a metal tube that runs all the way to the throttle body...6.1 has rubber tube elbow connecting to throttle body..the pictures in photo gallery show the 5.7 on mine and the 6.1 on mmaloy's...I personally do not believe there is any diff performance wise..I think Mopar just wanted to charge more because it went on an SRT...dealers are not making more..Mopar is...my dealer showed me his cost on the 5.7 vs the 6.1..almost $50...although retail price is the same...

Just installed mine about an hour ago. Love it!

Can't even describe how much louder the exhaust has gotten under WOT. Pretty much can't tell the difference at other times but when you want to punch it, it just screams now. Glad I made the purchase.
