It's been warm here lately. 90+, heat index of 105 today. But I can't stand the AC in this car. Even on the lowest setting it's more AC than I can stand (after the car is cooled off). Is this normal? Is it possible to have the dealer retune the temperature settings? The 78 degrees on the knob sure isn't the same 78 I have in my house.

One thing I dont like about this car is the inability mix heat and AC for certain temperatures and weather, like when it's overcast, but humid. The car just gets too cold and I wind up turning the AC off/on off/on off/on continuously.

Any thoughts on this?

thx.

With the windows down, and humidity... I'm still trying to get the window from fogging ac or or off...

Anyway, you MIGHT trying setting the passenger climate warmer/colder and the driver just to the temp you want "blowing" on you. The pass climate controls the back vent too... I haven't tested the defrost to see which temp control is used.

Remember, the blower is attempting to lower the overall cabin temperature, not the blower temperature.
