Yeah, I think I've pissed off a bird at work too. I park at the end of the parking lot, in the same spot every day--not under any trees, but I swear there's a bird that craps on my car three or four days a week. I cleaned my baby yesterday, and he got me today, just like clockwork. I normally leave my office with wet paper towels. That sucker always seems to crap in crevices too. I'd shoot him if I saw him--well I'd at least throw a big arse rock at him.

A full size plastic owl near your car might help keep the birds away. I used to hang one on my sailboat when I docked it at the marina to keep the droppings away.

That is exactly why I never make the mistake of leaving the sunroof slid open while going in a store or something. I see other people do it with their cars and even convertibles but I just know the day I do I'll find bird turd inside. Hit the carwash fast and power that off before it bakes on nice.

I've gotten ambushed by birds like that a bunch of times. I don't know if they're attracted to the bright color or what, but when I've come out at the end of the day after work, it looks like a bird had one too many burritos and thought my car was a porcelin throne:angry:

Same thing happened to me after taking the car in for a power polish. I feel you pain and anger.

See, you're trying to have them talking about me at work. It's bad enough I don't park BB "with everyone else" . . . now you want me to put a plastic owl beside her . . . they'll be calling me the "bird lady"!!

I park my Charger under a tree in the driveway. It is a daily routine to clean it up. I dont think I could handle driving it around with a big ole splat on it.
How uncool is that?
I think I might be poisoning the crab apple tree next door this year.
Jeeeze Carl, your tree looks like its dying. What a shame.

I feel your pain and have had several similar encounters. I recall a commercial back in the late 90s (I believe) with a clean car. There is a squadron of birds, complete with goggles and leather helmets dive bombing the car and missing. It was too funny.

I hate birds.
I know the feeling. Every time I wash my car it gets hit within 12 hours; guaranteed. Even during the winter. I think there was one bird that never migrated just so it could hang around and ruin my car every time I washed it.
But, on a funnier note, yesterday we were sitting in traffic behind a spotless black Mustang and a bird flew up and landed on it and crapped all over the roof and rear window. Me and Foxxxy were laughing our arses off.

Yep.... I still crack up when I see this. I used to have a bird that I swear just waited until I got finished cleaning my car and would crap right in the middle of the hood EVERYTIME.
