Satellite MP3 Player with 20 GB HD

Ok, So this radio (http://www.leeparts.com/dodge_charger/accessories/audio/am_fm_satellite_mp3_player_with_20_gb_hd.html). I know it says AVAILABLE FOR 2008 CHARGER, but will this work with a 2006? without Satellite of course (since we dont have that here.)

Also, would it fit with the stock NAV bezel?
