Is there anything else i would need to buy, to change out my Nav? Or does it just come out and put the new one in.

They make dash kits that screw to the head unit and allows them to then screw directly into the dash configuration of the car. Not like the old days. Metra makes a ton of them. You may or may not need it, just answering your question.

The wiring harnesses make the units plug and play. They plug into the car's radio harness (22 pin plug on my car and I suspect yours) and connect to the stereo's wiring harness with a little brain in the middle. Basically saves you from hacking into the car's harness and figuring out where everything connects.

There is a different wiring harness if you are going to bypass the stock amp. Call PAC or Metra, depending on what unit you plan to go with, explain what you want to do and they'll let you know.

The old stuff, the head unit, Sirius tuner, etc, sells pretty well, here and on e-Bay. One word of caution, don"t sell the head unit until everything works the way you want it. When I was having problems with my installlation Metra wanted me to put the stock unit back in to assist with troubleshooting. Unfortunately I didn't have it anymore.

Boss, is you search the avic d3 threads, you will find all the parts and part numbers you will need. along with the dash kit, and harness, you will also need the cr10 antenna adapter. then there are extra/other pieces you will need if you have and want to continue to use your steering wheel controlls.
