One quick note on the C4 car show. In the city of Hampton, if you have a promotional event [i.e., an event with a sponsor(s)]...even if the event is on private property...you will be required to submit a Promotional Event Application with the city. The application is pretty stragiht-forward and application fee is $50. The one BIG issue is that either you will be required to have a minimum of a 1 million dollar liability insurance policy, or BPS's insurance will have to cover your event...so I would recommend that you ask them about it when you call about a date.

Roger that. Don't forget to ask BPS about the insurance issue...you'll need to provide proof of coverage with the Promotional Event Application.
