How many times per month do you wash her?

I wash my girlfriend (my Charger) every Saturday morning, rain or shine. Wax once per month.

I like to get up Saturday morning and smoke a cigarette, drink coffee and casually wash her to keep her sparkling looking.

I took the Dodge trunk horn badge off yesterday and I needed some Goo Be Gone to get all the glue off and it clouded the clear coat. I buffed it out nicely with some wool pads and cleaner wax then finished it up with some terry cloth pads and polish.

I'm just typing on the forum now because I'm so hung over from last night and am going to head up to the track at about 3:30.

I wash every friday. there is a GREAT hand wash place like 2 mi from my house $20 for a hand wash and rims/inside. I get it waxed maby once every 3 months or right b4 a show.:)

I wash my car at least twice a month, and if it hasn't rained that day, I dust it with a California Duster every night, and use a spray detailer on it to remove any residue (tree sap, etc) nightly as well. And I wax it every 2-3 months, just depends on how the paint looks.

I wash her at least once a week. If it rains in the middle of the week, then she gets washed again. As a matter of fact it rained here this morning and I just got finished washing her about 15 minutes ago. She is now sitting all pretty, clean, and happy in my garage.:grin:

Once every 3 weeks I wash and every 4 weeks I wax. When it gets nicer out I'm sure I'll do it more often.

Umm, am I to understand that you take your car thru an [I]automated car wash?![I] Noooooooo! I will NEVER take my car thru an acw. And, thanks to the historic drought here in the Southeast, people give you dirty looks if you drive around in a clean car. Unfortunately, dirty cars(and with the pollen, green is the new black) are seen as a badge of honor. And the drought doesn't look like it's gonna end anytime soon.

Wash 2x a week and spray detail when needed......never wax.....I havent in a year I just use a polish and the water still beads up like the day I bought it.

It looks really nice but I don't look forward to doing it again.
Maybe its a V8 thing cause I only have a 3.5L.

I use Meguiars NXT. Just pour it on and buff it out. Then I use a little speed detailer and it looks great.

Not true my friend. I too have a 3.5 and wax it probably 3-4 times a month. I have to have a good hour set aside to do it but I love the way it looks when it's done.

We've washed it twice since last October.

We only drive it on sunny days and store it in the winter. If any dust or bugs get on it when we do drive it, we wipe it down with detailing spray when we get home. Gets waxed with Nanowax way more than we should.

Wash and wax every week during the spring summer and fall. During the winter I wash as often as it needs in the touchless.

For the ultimate shine and depth everyone should look at Liquid Glass nothing so far that I seen beats it.

well...i USED to wash it about every other day...sometimes every day...after all...it was winter, and its a black car...and 2 to 3 times a week i used meguiars quik wax on it. i spent more time washing and waxing it than i did driving it. I actually got all kinds of wierd looks when i was at the car wash using a hand washing bay (i live in the county and have nasty rust water) when it was 35 degrees and about 2 inches of snow on the ground.

my girlfriend said i loved the car more than her....dont tell her i admit to it here...but i always tell her...i wouldnt slam her into a pile of bricks at 40 mph...when its all repaired...i plan on cutting back to 1 time a week....and a coat of quik wax every other washing....
