OK...so when soccerbachelor asked me what was next for the HRME website (after I added the "Used Car Lot" page), I got to thinking...and here's what I came up with.

I've added a simple, general forum to the site that people can use to post local info...i.e., info/experiences with local shops, dealers, events, etc...instead of having to send it to me via email. Just about anything is fair game...just please be mature and keep it clean. You do have to register...which is the only down side.

The forum is NOT intended to replace anything like CF, LXF, etc...but rather to serve as a local Blog spot. There may be some things that I can take off of the main website and put on the forum...like the "Used Car Lot"...but I'll decide about that as I see how much, or how little, the forum gets used. If the forum doesn't get used...it's won't be a problem. It's is free, so I though I'd try it out.

The link to the forum is on the Home Page, and on the Bulletin Board. Just click on "HRME Forums."

Congrats on the LPO billet. You're movin' on up! Someday...you may be Occifer material. :D

I'm not sure about you being a moderator. I like the idea of being able to put the mondo smack-down on your arse. :D

I tried to register but because of those STUPID color confirmation codes which is EXTREMELY HARD to see for those of us that are practically blind.
it blanked out the entire process and made you start again...well after the second time I QUIT!

Color confirmation codes? I didn't have to do that.

I'll see if I can turn that off.

It should be turned off now. I definitely want the forum to be senior citizen friendly. :D
