Nothing special here. I got the Rt package, with the sun roof, and the electroinics convenience group. No mods other then replacing the stock air filter with a K&N drop in. Force of habit. My next mod will be the sound system. I'm just trying to find the perfect combo of amps/speakers for me. Went to one place that wanted to charge me 12,000. If ya do a seach at the Lxforums you can find out who it was. I'm looking to head over to sound in motion some time. They have a great reputation, and did a nice job on manny's new srt8. If you go to there web site you can check it out. Anyone else in mass have the Rt package?

Can't wait for the demo when we all get together. I just got my Mopar CAI this evening from Lees. Taking it over to my powerder coat guy to have it done in red and then placing an SRT8 emblem on it.
Hopefully she will look nice...will replace the blue filter with a red one.

What's up! Boston as well. Every month I've been noticing more chargers around the Boston area.

Hey all, I have a Reading Ma based SRT8 and I'm thinking March should have some nice days for a gtg and a cruise.

Maybe a central location like Worcester would draw cars from CT NY.

Welcome. Yes, March would be terrific. Lets watch that weather for a great potential weekend day to get together.

Any mods on your SRT8 yet?

The car is stock and still sitting at the dealer....I went down last thursday to pick it up but they still have not received the CL or CO or whatever it's called. I think it's the title. the car arrived 2 weeks early so maybe that was a problem?

I did put 15 miles on it with the dealer plate...what a sick machine.

Worcester, littleton? Ah well i'm going to the all chrysler nationals and that is much further away. I'd like to set something up. Not sure how but who knows it would be fun to see some chargers, and other mopars all together. I work for a local cable station and would love to video tape the event.

That was probably me.. Next time honk the horn.. The K/N intake is the same as the Mopar, but the K/N black metal housing for the filter covered more of the filter than the others (like an opened box). When I bought in June '05, it was for the magnum, because the car was to new.

I went with Boch Dodge in Norwood because I've been screwed by others.

Where are you moving from?

Coming from sunny Melbourne, FL. :) I was at Destin, FL and Athens, GA before that, so getting used to the Boston cold is going to be hard.

Waltham huh? Me 2 I went to burlington dodge and they gave me the best price. I know people on here who had a rough time with them, but I had a good time. Boch wouldn't budge on price when they first came out but give them a try. Best thing to do is shop around. We need more chargers in waltham. There is 2 at my house on Rt20

I hope to be getting one in the next several months, which should give me plenty of time to shop around. I'm probably going to get a Black (maybe silver) R/T with the R&T package....but we'll see.

Interesting enough I just got my first oil change on my Charger SRT8 from Ira Dodge in Lowell, MA. They were fantastic. A viper tech worked on the car. They are very pleasant. Stay tuned for another thread entry on a get together they want to host for SRT owners. I'll post the details later today.
