Firebird Races on Saturday, May 10

Hi All,
Sorry for lagging so much on getting this out. We're going to head to the races at Firebird on Saturday, May 10. Races start at 5:00, and gates open at 4:00.
This time we'll meet up at the McMillan/Eagle Park, which is located on the Northwest corner of Eagle and McMillan Roads. For those who would like to meet up early for a show and shine, and picnic, show up around 12 noon. For those who can't make the earlier event(s), we'll begin caravaning (as usual) to Firebird at about 3:30. Looking forward to another fun day at the races. Hope to see you all there.

Do we just want to have everyone bring their own food and drinks? Or do we want to do a potluck deal. I went by that youth complex today and didn't see any BBQ grills or those types of facilities there.

I haven't been by so don't know what all facilites are available. I would suggest everyone bring there own, as it would be tough to pin everyone down and figure out who is coming and who should bring what. I also know that some of the folks sometimes work all or part of Saturdays and show up late or not at all. What do you think?

Lets just plan on BYOB/F (Beer/Food) :) Simplest that way I think, and that way we don't end up with 4 tubs of potato salad and no chips heh..

Kim and I won't be able to make it to the bbq. But we are planning to be out at Firebird after she gets off work. See you guys out there!!
