I'm looking to get some suspension work done, tinting, or a catback installed. i could do the catback myself, but i'm feeling lazy. lol
anyway, i'm just looking to avoid the " big al's " type of shop, if possible.

thanx

I would stay away from Big Al's. I really like The Muffler King down on Jefferson...past Mercury, headed towards the shipyards. Those guys know what they are doing, and do a great job.

Big Al's welded up my exhaust like a champ in like 30 minutes, but I wouldn't get a product from there...

I had them ( Al's) do the brylcream for me last year, and the guy zipped my gas tank with the saw-zall. One week to get a new tank in from dodge, and $934.oo. At least their insurance covered it.

A Big Al's shop did some of my previous exhaust work...and I recently found out that they didn't weld everything completely. I had all kinds of leaks and didn't realize it.

Wow they did a great job for me, I guess it depends on which one you go to...

Tint there a few good places, for installs on performance stuff call Bruce Smith from hard racing auto tech at 757-486-5060. He is the one who built my engine and does first rate work.
