Well i guess i should tell you guys, i have gotten rid of my Charger :knockout: I traded it in on a 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Dont get me wrong, i loved my car very much, but it just wasnt pratical for me anymore, i needed something to haul stuff in and pull the boat. I will still frequent the site and hopefully get to some meets, keep me in mind still. Well..... there it is, but not farewell.

Sorry to see you had to trade down(?), but to a ridgeline??? Could have towed with the charger, I do and it works great. Hauling stuff inside is a bigger issue, and I do miss that feature from the explorer. Enjoy the new ride!

I just dont think the charger would have pulled a 21 ft pontoon, 4wd is needed for the ramps i use. Im am enjoying it, but still have a place inside for the chargers

Hey sometimes I miss my ridgeline....I traded the ridgeline in for the first r/t charger I had.....How is the mpg on it...that is the one issue that made me trade it in...sucker ate gas big time for me....but I live at about 1200 elevation and my drive goes from here to sea level and that is a reason....now I get only 12mpg but got way more power.....the way I always felt about the ridgeline was that it was a totally UNDERESTIMATED off road vehicle....it did way better than I expected off road....it didnt need the low 4x4 type gearing....that thing would just climb up the rocky stuff like nothing at all...coulda have a little more lift in it....great handling even greater comfort...

I don't know, 3800 lbs towing capacity is a lot of boat. Slick ramps can be a killer. I have one ramp that is good, but busy, and a private ramp that if someone doesn't allow their trailer to drip off, is slicker then grease pig stuff. My Bronco used to slide on that ramp!
