I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of Mo's Rear Spoilers in the last Group Buy. I have been trying to find someone to paint & install it, but everyone is coming back with outrageous prices. I have been quote between $500 and $600 to paint and install it by 4 different shops. Are these guys trying to rip me off or what?

That's pretty close to what mine was... :(
I had the rear spoiler and Mopar chin spoiler painted and installed, and they painted the front license plate bracket and strut tower covers. The total for everything was about $900! It sure does look good, though! :)
Also-- After the rear spoiler was installed, the gaps at the trunk were way off... I took it back to them with better instructions from Mo and they remounted it. It looks "better", but not up to Mo's standards. Anyone else looking at it will NOT know the difference, though.
Good Luck with it and post pics when it's done!

That price is not out of range. The process of taking Mo's raw parts, filling pinholes, priming, refilling the holes that you missed the first time. sanding, basecoating, clearing, rubbing out took me around 4-5 hours to do. At $85 per hour + your already in the $400 to $500 range and thats without adding all the materials involved in the job. Honestly if your going to an average collision shop they can make more money by painting a bumper on an everyday drive Camry where the customer isn't going to nit pick everything.
Unfortunately thats just the way it is.

I had the MoPower front spoiler (painted and installed), the MoPower rear spoiler (painted and installed), the Mopar rear diffuser (painted and installed), and my trunk lid and tails painted. Total $1K, and that's NY prices which IMO = high prices.
