Is there any way to find out what the override device on a python 950 is programmed to and have a key programed to that as well?

I would like to leave the key in the ign., and when I tried it the car would start and die and start and die ... I think the 2 codes (1 in the key and 1 in the remote start) won't let it start. I have a blank key on the way and wish to have the codes match so I can leave it in the car.

The start and die is from a incorrect key signal to the rap module. I dont know about pythons but the common overrides are
-third key hidden in module
-remote wire used to learn key signal wrapped around key cylinder
-resistor block used to install what ever resistance the key is

The remote start works.

But I would like to be able to leave a key in the ign. When I do that, the remote start does not work. I think if I can program a key to what the remote start uses, I can then leave a key in the ign.

Not trying to be mean but why on earth would you leave the key in the ign? i think some insurance companies wont even cover you if your stuff gets jacked when the keys are left in it.

Anyway there is an ign sense wire that knows when the key is in the ignition( aka your door chime when you open door) i believe you'll have to do something with that wire. I'm really clueless on the pythons though. I install ungo brand stuff. Sorry
