had a black dakota, badace. im a finatic of cleaning them. it was so much work. polish and wax constantly. ill stick with grays and silvers. the rams silver and the charger is silver steel.

check out the new superbee to get a feel of the daytona with SRT hood. i thought of doing this back in october after i ordered my top banana, but after having it for a month i cant change it... i love it too much.

It does look good but it's flat black. Don't paint it gloss black. Just my opinion. :happy:

Looks totally awesome. Is that the painted-black SE/SRT grill, or the flat-black Daytona Grill? And, any thoughts about putting on the chin spoiler?

nice SRT8. kinda off topic, but has anybody thought of a black SRT8 with a grey SRT8 hood? or vice versa? anyone want to photoshop ? i think that would look sharp... espically under night lights...

Sorry for not replying to this thread. I had to go and stay with my Mother she just got home from the hospital from some major surgery. The rims I bought off Ebay for $1300.00. The hood I got it from the dealer they installed it before I picked the car up. The grill is the same as the SRT but I badged with the red R/T from the Daytona. I also put the red R/T badge on the rear deck. The front grill is painted gloss black same as the hood. I think the SRT hood would look good on any Daytona, have it painted flat black instead of decaling.
