These guys were/are just a royal PITA to deal with.

Got into a shouting match with their finance guy and I was paying cash for my 2007 SRT8! Salesman didn't explain any of the features of the car. Bought it near new with 3500 miles on it and had to come back at 4500 because it was due for an oil change, that they didn't do when they had it in inventory and I had to pay for. They even screwed me on my 2005 Dodge Stratus trade in.

Only upside is their service department seems to be on the up and up. Good guys so far. My advice for buying in this area, is to try Riverside or San Diego and use this dealers service dept.

Update: After several run-ins with some of the staff at this dealership, they're sales manager had contacted me to not only listen to my experience, but to make amends.

After a lengthy phone conversation, he wanted to make sure that they addressed every situation that I had issue with. So, we met the following day, at the dealership and I feel that he's gone above and beyond to make me feel like someone at DCH is looking out for their customers.

When a good company makes a mistake, they address it with their staff to insure that it doesn't happen again.

When a great company makes a mistake, they not only address it with their staff, but they make sure the customer affected feels like they've been heard and do whatever is needed to make it right.

DCH Temecula has redeemed themselves IMO.

Well, it's good to hear they went the extra mile and not only addressed the staff, but made good with you, too. It's not too often you hear about such customer service like this anymore.
