GSM Dissatisfaction

Okay Jay, so how long does it take to get these valve
covers? I ordered these things back in December and
still haven't received them. First you said that they
were in, but had to be chromed. No word on that. I
decided to trust your company based on what I've read
of your personal reputation, despite that of your
company (which is not great by any means) on the
forums, but this is out of hand. I want the covers or
the money back. Your choice.

This will get posted to all of the forums if I get no
satisfaction to my request. Consequently, it will
only fuel the dissatisfaction already raging about
your company and its product.

I called you tonight and as I stated I will do my best to get this handle. I offered you a refund but you refused to accept it back. Second I always tell everyone that these covers take 8 to 10 weeks. We placed your order on 12/27/07 that was during the Holiday season. The plant didn't open back up until 1/7/08 so that means we are only in the seventh week. I understand this may seem like a long time but, I am not the fabricator. I only place the orders with him and wait for them to come in.

These covers are schedule to come in on March 3, 2008 which would amount to the 10th week. Like I said in our conversation I can refund your money and this can be resolved. Far as you sending me your CC information that is untrue. You called this order in on the telephone. I have every e-mail in my box that we have ever did. The email conversation started on the 12/26/07 until the last one I redeived from you yesterday. If you would like I can post them openly on the boards as you replied in the email to me last evening. Just to give you a reasurrance here are the dates.

I have been in total communication with you, every time you have sent a request I have responded. I apologize for this appearing to take so long but I told you in the first place how long it takes. I have also posted the length of time it takes openly on the boards.
