I bought a performance package through them which included the following:
K&N Intake, Motoblue TB Spacer, and Diablo Sport tuner with cables. I received the intake and TB spacer, but have yet to receive the tuner. I ordered this stuff on November 26th, and the only thing they can keep telling me is that the Diablo Sport Tuner is on "backorder"...
Anyone else have this problem with them??

watch out for that motoblue tb spacer... the bolts that came with it were too long for the intake on my 2007 ... even if you cut them shorter. also, the stock bolts would not fit with spacer. that TBS is junk in my opinion. now, the k&n intake is a great item... very well made

I had no problems from them but others have. As a fact, that's where I got my Diablo when they first came out.I got it within three days of order. I bought other things there too and never have I had any problems like some of the other people have had.:)

Don't buy from them. They have a very bad rep for not sending people what they ordered.

I wish I would have read this before since I order a package through them and got everything except the Diablo Sport and instead I got the superchips flashpaq which I don't like at all. I called them at the num posted on their web and in return gave another num. I call that num and they told me since they are a web base company everything is through the net. Well that fine but way would you have a num to deal with returns and exchange if you can really help the customer by phone. Now I have to wait until they decied to reply back to me so I can reply back and wait some more, then get the box so I can ship back the tuner, so I can wait alot more to get my Diablo. Good prices but no common sense on customer service.

see if they will refund the back order then go to a more repuatable place call and talk to some of the vendors on here to see if they have any in stock

I ordered a Diablo Preditor from RPMoutlet originally back on December 15th, 2007, 2 days after my order was placed online from their site I got a invoice from them saying that the Diablo was on back order..???? WHY DIDN'T THEY SAY THAT FROM THE START?????
So, I cancelled the order, did not get notification from them that the cancellation was processed until I called & hounded them about it 4 days later, they said I'd get a refund minus 5% restock fee (on a item that was not in stock????) :fuming: They said 7 to 10 business days for refund to my C Card,.....Still no refund yet, I have called my credit card company to have them take care of it.
Bottom line Caveat Emptor to anyone thinking about RPMoutlet for purchases.

Well, I got it today, and it has the most recent tune on it, but when I plugged it into the port, it just came up and said "Unable to read vehicle type..." and it has me turn the turn the ignition off, then back on...keeps saying the same thing. Anyone have this issue? Or know how to fix the issue? Please help because I am going back to Iraq on Monday, and would like to tune my Daytona before I go...
