Difference Between Charger And Chrysler 300 KICKER FACTORY Subs & AMPS

I Know The Plastic Housings For The Trunks Are Almost Identical But The 300 Comes With A 100 Watt KICKER SUB Amp And The Charger With A 200 Watt KICKER SUB Amp,they Both Have A 10" Kicker Subwoofer. My Question Is
1) Are The 10" SUBS The Same
2) Why The Difference In Wattage

from what i have seen NOTHING!! but there is difference in the main amp. the charger has the 322 watt 7 channel amp and the 300 has the 368 8 channel amp to run the center dash speaker. NOW the new 08 300's have a 422 watt amp. i'm trying to get my hands on one to see what it's all about. 250 watts is about the limit on that sub in that small tight little box. that box isnt the best at building presure do to flex being that it's plastic.
