Hey all, I have the mygig in my charger, however, my wife has the standard radio in her 300. I have a question for you guys who have the standard radio. Do you know any way to keep the time displayed on the radio? Any time she presses the clock button, it will display the time, however, it defaults back to the station number ie. 99.5. Do you know a way to have it default and display the time constantly?

Also, if she is listening to her ipod with it plugged into the aux jack, and turns off the car. When she turns it back on, it defaults back to the radio tuner. Is it possible to make it stay in the aux mode when she starts the car?

Thanks for your help guys!

If I press the time button , it remains on the clock always. It only defaults to the radio station for a few seconds, then the time comes back on again.

Argh! Ok so apparently there is a way to make it work... Just gotta find someone who knows how to get it to default to that setting!

You owe me big time. Hold down the time button until it goes into set mode. Push the right know twice and the numbers will stop blinking with the time showing. You should be good to go.

Cool man, I'll try it when I get home! Not sure what the "right know" is, but I'll figure it out. My wife will be stoked if it works. I'll let you know.

Well I tried it, and I assumed you meant the right knob button. But it still doesn't seem to work. Now, if I push the clock button, the clock will display, and if I change volume, stations etc. it will then go back to the clock. But if I change modes to cd / aux etc. then the clock goes away. Same thing if I turn the car off and then back on, the clock goes away and reverts to the station. For some reason, it wont default to the darn clock all the time! I got my wife all excited, and now... she's not excited with me anymore :(
