Just wanted to invite my fellow charger owners out there to our Jan. 5th cruise/gtg. Come on out and meet the guys and girls of the Dodge Ikonz.

2008 Kick-off Cruise!

Meet up: Pearl City Blaisdell Park
Rolling out: 9am
Route: TBD
Destination: TBD (Bellows or Sherwoods Waimanalo)

This will be potluck/bbq style please add what you can bring next to your name on the list. Please bring something!!! Also, if you have kids plan on some snacks for them along the way. You all know how things can delay us from eating lunch at "lunch time". One more thing.... We are going to a beach! bring what you need for cruising at a beach.

lovin it! wish the wife would let me drive it more often. lol
nah, its terrible on gas milage so its better that she drives it more often, especially since i have a heavy right foot.

LOL, yeah I know what you mean, I am thankful I only drive 6 miles a day...even the thirsty 6.1 will last 2 weeks on a tank of gas.

Like I said, as soon as I get her out of the shop, I am back on the scene. I really miss the cruises and shows...I hated to miss the New Years cruise...I guess I could have brought the wife's '99 Stratus :D

looks like our gtg's are gonna be quarterly so people can plan ahead and try to get off of work. not sure of the next gtg, but i'll post up here to pass the word or you can check out the dtw hawaii chapter fourm for details. btw, what kind of srt killer mods you puttin on?

WOW!! cant wait to see that beast at the next gtg, oh yeah forgot to correct the last post, our "official" gtg's will be quarterly, there will still be un-official gtg's more frequently, hope some of you guys can come out and play with us.

So I have to wait. Well that sucks I jut got my Hemi and I started some mods but would like to talk to some one and also listen to some Hemi sounds up and close. Well I guess I be checking often so I won't miss the next one.

Most of them are trucks, what happen to the charger crew. I would go if ironhide is out of the shop. I'm getting heads and exhaust installed, trying to get it to the shop in the mourning on Sat. I would get it done on Fri but the wife don't want me wasting time that I could be with them before I deploy again.

no worries, family always comes first, there will be other gtg's. i would go to this, but my wifes company party is the same day. maybe next time you can bring out the whole family. post up on dtw and say hi! i think one of the guys started a welcome post for you and a couple other guys who recently registered. Yeah, you'll fit right in with the boys!! Actually the 2 clubs are pretty cool with each other. the turnout for this looks pretty small, some of the guys are going four wheeling earlier that day and are going afterwards.

Ironhide is back with us but the CEL came on so now I have to find out whats going on but I will make it for the next gtg if I have to push him there.

I am going to bring all the extra parts home that I can...maybe try to sell them on Craigslist or the forums here. I'll have an extra dashboard, console lid and carbon fiber bezel from around the radio...I am keeping at least one of my rims to make a full size spare to keep at the house, I may sell the other. They all have minimal damage, just like a little scratch or two.

Mu CEL light turned off by itself. I guess ironhide didn't like the idea of being towed. He's kinda sensitive about that stuff.:cry:

pr40...my car is a little egostistical too...she gets upset if you talk about driving other cars when you're inside. Me and a buddy of mine were talking about the Challenger one day after we came out of Taco Bell...she started and immedietly stalled out...distracting me from the conversation. After that she started just fine. She may be a little self consious.
