This guy screwed me out of $175 for some headlights on this site, I filed a paypal dispute but he doesn't have any money in his account, I see he is still visiting this forum so I wanted to warn others not to deal with him!

i read the title of the forum, isnt he giving a review of a seller, as a buyer? or am i in the wrong forum?

once again i never said he was wrong, i said I DONT KNOW. It's weird that they have a thread for buyer feedback about sellers but also say in the rules that you cant
Do NOT post in a manner intended to provoke a negative response: This includes thread titles. Personal attacks will not be tolerated

Be respectful of others. Expressions of intolerance or hatred will not be tolerated,

Seems contradictory that they would allow that. he can post whatever he wants , i dont care, and i do think people should know. I was pointing out the flaw in the rules not anything about what he was doing.

That is assuming mcinfantry was directing his comment at me which noone knows due to lack of quote

This person he is posting about has the opportunity to explain his side of the story. If it were me, I would explain myself and attempt to rectify the problem. Unless I was guilty, then I would hide and not respond at all. I appreciate the warning. Perhaps the guy is going through hard times and just needs a minute. The ball is basically in his court now. Respond, send the product, whatever. I don't see a problem, unless the poster is lying.

the turtle didn't say there was anything wrong with the particular post, just that he had never seen one about another member in this section. Normally posts in this section are about vendors.

I've seen many threads in other forums just like this. They usually end up in heated debates. A much needed evil if you ask me. Best of luck getting your situation worked out & thanks for the heads up.

My intent was not to flame nor disrespect anyone, I was just giving a heads up to others on the forum. If I am buying a product then the person selling it becomes a vendor in my opinion, is that not what this part of the forum is about?
