On the vadriven.com forums they are gettin together a meet and greet with a cookout on the 13th of JAN, seems like there will be about 50+ cars going. I plan on going and would like to see some more Chargers going out that way, possibly cruise in together. Let me know if your going to attend. Theres also a recomendation of bring food/drinks, so if you can bring one or the other let me know as well. Here is the information from the VaDriven site:

Who: Everyone
What: Meet, Show, Eat, Cruise
When: Sunday January 13th 2008. 11a-untill.
Where: Red Wing Park. (Re-checked with parks&rec for new date)

1398 General Booth Blvd.
Virginia Beach, VA 23454

Last meet had a decent turnout inspite of the short notice given. The plan is to meet in the front lot of the park (just after the 2nd tiny speed bump on your right.) Hang out and such, cook some food around noon and end with a cruise somewhere.

Hope to see you out there. Ill make and update the list of who's coming and what they're bringing.

I'm going to try my best to be there.

If I remember correctly, the coordinator of the GTG said that they are asking people to bring the basics...like buns, chips, hotdogs, hamburgers, sodas, and/or some kind of sweets.

Put me down for some kind of sweet stuff.

So far, there are 2 "yeses" and 1 "maybe." One guy will be bringing a case of water and a case of soda. The other guy hasn't said yet what he'll be bringing.

At least I have a valid reason for not being able to go...my daughter is performing in a "by invitation only" charity dance recital this weekend...2 shows on Saturday and 2 shows on Sunday...AND, I'm volunteering at the recital. YOUR excuse is not wanting to spend a weekend alone with your wife. What's wrong with THAT picture. :tongue: :D

My damn camera broke, no pix from me!!! It was a great turn out, about 175-200 cars came out, then I headed to the Hampton Raods International Auto Show. They are planning another one for this summer at some point. There are pics on the Vadriven site under eye candy for those interested. Only 3chargers and a magnum repd the LX crowd :angry: Next time i hope for more.
