Diablo Sport RMA

[Death Proof]

A month ago I went to the Diablo Sport website to get an RMA #.
Since then I have called and emailed and still know RMA #. anyone
have a similar problem with Diablo Sport? anyone know the best way
to get an RMA #? contact info, ext #? my predator powers up but
the words are not there. ?????????
