I just received an email asking for HRME info to be included in a local listing of automotive related events and clubs. I also have info listed on various websites, and I've even been included in Drive section of the Virginia Pilot.

Are there any other local papers, magazines, or other press-type venues to which I could submit HRME information? What about local MWRs? Any assistance/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

p.s. I'll post more info on the local listing publication as soon as I find out more.

Here's more info on the club/event listing being developed. I received the following email:

This is a new venture. Even though the year is winding down for car events, we thought it best to "crank" this up now so when spring hits, the end product will be better. We just have to muddle through the winter with it.

We plan for this to be published monthly as a sixteen page newspaper style affair and are lining up places and venues in the Tidewater area for the paper to be found.

W are based in Gloucester and expect that most of the activities listed in the paper will come from the Tidewater area although we've already received items from other parts of Virginia.

With your support and that of others providing information about these events, we're hoping that it will be a valid outlet for car enthusiasts.

Thanks,
Mike

I can always let my MWR know about shows and stuff but they don't really have a bulletin board, you know to let me know about anything big going on to let them know.

Will do. CGCharger is trying to get more people to go to the show in Gloucester this weekend. You game?

The first issue of the Mid Atlantic Motor Pages is currently being distributed. It can also be found online at http://www.midatlanticmotorpages.com/hot-rod-paper/dec07.pdf in .PDF format. There was not enough feedback for the first issue, so it's only eight pages. The goal is to have it at sixteen pages by March.

The Mid Atlantic Motor Pages homepage can be found at http://www.midatlanticmotorpages.com

Pass the word.

Thanks.
