This Saturday April 22 is supposed to be nice. It would be fun to do a coffee run in the morning. I know that Coffee people on Ceder Hills Blvd and Hall Blvd has a good lot that could easily hold 10-15 cars. Starbucks would be another option, Murray and Scholls could be a good location as well as Fred Meyers on Farmington near 217. Just a fun introduction to local Charger, Magnum, and 300 fans. Thoughts?

I test drove the one at SH Chry on Christmas Eve. Made an offer on New Years Eve, they turned it down. I got the same song and dance about only 50 made...blah blah blah. I knew it was all bs so it didn't make much difference. A few days later I called the fleet manager at Town and Country Chrysler, I've bought my last two Chryslers from him. He answered my questions and we talked about the SRT a lot. He also happened to mention that he had exactly what I wanted at their Dodge store. I picked it up two days later and paid less that what I offered SHC.

The only other SRT I have seen is yours. Turns out my brother lives just down the street from you. I drove over to indulge in an adult beverage with him tonight and he has seen you drive by. He lives on the corner of Roberts and Barr. He has a black 3.5L Charger and a couple Dodge P/U's.

Apparently the SRT at St Helens went away on a dealer trade. They sat on it for four months and made zilch on the car. Too bad.

I know of a couple spots in the Beaverton area that might accomodate us. I will check into the parking situation this week and get back to you. One is an Elmers just off the Sunset Hwy/Cornell Road interchange, the other is closer to downtown Beaverton on TV Hwy (hwy8)

Seems to me that Elmars lot is almost always full.

There is a Starbucks near 217 and Canyon with a great on parking lot along the busy road, great gawk factor. It's the same lot as Red Robin. Hey, breakfast and lunch!

There is also a Hooters near by on Farmington or a new one in Portland at Delta Park. It might not be favored by all, but would generate interesting pictures.

No, it is a great ride though!! The Black One only comes out on sunny weekends, road trips, and special occasions. I was hoping this weekend would be good for a little get together but as usual, my plans have been, well, changed. Hope for another weekend.

Same happened to me. I bought my car in Grandview WA. The salesman told me it was only an edition of 500...well, very strange that the tag in the car stated 1185/2000. Do these people think we are "Stoopid"??? lol Anyway, I did get a deal on it so I am a happy camper... =)

The car I saw turned off of 395 and went past the park where the car show was. I was hoping it was heading there too, but it wasn't. That is the first ToRed car I've seen. I guess that was yours..lol Not exactly llike mine but close.. =P I like your color red also!!! There are only two daytona's driving around here in H-town..the yellow one and my red one. I won't have time to wash the car and get over there. You should come to the Wheelin WW Weekend. It is the weekend of Sept. 8-9. You can either enter before hand or at the event. I will check on the web page and let you know. As far as no mods, that is ok, anything is welcome. People would like to see a Daytona, especially in the new red. As far as both of my cars, I may just do that.

It would be nice to see a lot of NW forums folks there. It is a good sized car show. Last year we had close to 350 cars. The cruise the night before is fun and the show is very good. Lots of good prizes.

Hope to see some folks there.
