Poor FM reception

Hi guys,

I recently bought an 07 R/T with the R&T package. I'm dissapointed with the FM radio reception; I get a fair bit of static even when tuning in to local stations.

Is this normal (due to the fact that the antenna is in the rear window)?

If not, has anyone had a similar problem and had it resolved?

BTW there is no tint on the car.

I have never looked at the charger but there should be terminal conections on the glass itself. Check to make sure you dont have one loose.

Check with dealer. There is a TSB for this issue. Mine is scheduled to go in. My Daytona is fine, 07 Police sounds like stations are just a little off frequency........

If after market tinting was done on the rear window that can casue problems......
