I’ve been drag racing every week for about tow months now and love it. The only way I stay away from the track is if its closed do to bad weather. I usually do around 4 passes a night. I try to stay away for at least one or two nights a month, in order for the car to have a week off from racing, but I tell you its hard staying away... I now that this cars are built to be driven hard, but will this end up messing my car in the long run?

As long as you change oil and filter every 3000 miles your car should be just fine.

i dont think 1/4's will hurt anything unless you neutral drop it or unless the RPM's you use to launch are too high. the only other thing it will effect is the wear on your tires. but that depends on what kinda burn out you do.

Well if you run your car hard all the time it isn't going to last as long as if you drove it like a grandpa. But a few runs down the strip a week probably won't hurt anything.
